We are registered to provide NHS ocular emergency appointments for sudden onset eye conditions. These include; Sudden onset redness, pain or discomfort in your eye(s), flashing lights or floaters, possible foreign body or sudden vision loss.

Please phone the store (02867729626), where we will triage you and book an urgent appointment to have the concerns thoroughly assessed. Outcomes may range from in store advice and treatment to referral to one of the dedicated NHS eye services.
